Job Title: Assistant Account Manager

Location: Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing client accounts, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team. You will be expected to be detail-oriented, reliable, and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review financial documents, invoices, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for account management and project delivery.
• Monitor account status and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments or issues.
• Provide clients with regular updates and insights related to account performance.
• Support senior account managers in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for assigned accounts.
• Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams efficiently.
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and payments.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
• Vehicle: Must have their own vehicle (car or bike) to commute to the office and client locations.
• Location: Candidate should be based in or around Ghaziabad, preferably Lal Kuan area.
