Expenses Accounting
Prepare Vendor Payment sheet as on date 12th & 15TH Every month
Reconciliation of Purchase & Sales Inter branch & inter Company Every month end
Monthly & Half Monthly AR Report of Customer.

Daily Working (AHM, Dariba, Agucha)
Incoming & outgoing Payment Entry in System
Vendor, Customer Reconciliation & Vendor Creation in system
Create P.O of Consumable items (Ahm)& Material items (Ahm)
Create P.O of Assets & Miro & Assets Branch Transfer.
Create Interbranch Invoice system
Not Usable Sales Order Deletion & Rejection In system
Create Credit Note & Debit note of Vendor & Customer in System
Import Material Documentation & Follow up.
Misc & Other Work Like Logistics, Purchase. GRN Posting. ISO Audit
