The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and experience with taxation and e-commerce reconciliations. 🌟 What You'll Be Doing You’ll be the backbone of our finance function, working closely with the core team to handle: 🔹 Financial Statement Prep & Finalization – Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow 🔹 GST Expertise – Registrations + Filing of GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, 9, 9C, 9A 🔹 TDS & TCS Returns – Accurate and timely submissions 🔹 IT Returns – Filing for individuals and the company 🔹 Statutory Compliances – PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and related challans 🔹 Bank-Ready Projections – Preparation of projected balance sheets 🔹 Tax Scrutiny Cases – Confidently handling IT notices and assessments 🔹 Reconciliations – Strong grasp on e-com platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa 🔹 Tech Savvy – Mandatory: CompuTax Preferred: Zoho ERP 🧠 What You Bring ✅ 4–8 years in finance/accounting/compliance roles ✅ CA Inter or fully qualified CA ✅ Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax & GST laws ✅ A proactive mindset and serious attention to detail ✅ Integrity that never wavers, even when no one’s watching ✅ A cool head when facing complex reconciliations or scrutiny cases 📧 Apply today by sending your resume to hr@lapink.com
