Assistant Account Manager I

As an Assistant Account Manager at Exxat One, you will work closely with an Account Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with academic and site partners. Your attention to detail and ability to provide accurate data insights will be key in strengthening partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Account Manager in client relationship management by being a primary point of contact for partners, ensuring timely responses and consistent communication. - Monitor partner activity and account health, flagging potential issues for review. - Maintain accurate renewal records, track account status, and assist in partner readiness for student rotations. - Keep CRM system updated with client notes, communication logs, and milestones. - Document partner concerns and escalate them to the Account Manager as needed. - Generate reports and summaries on partner usage and placement activity. - Support data clean-up, track placement confirmations, and identify trends for review. - Update and maintain dashboards for internal and partner use. - Gather and organize information to contribute to broader network strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, Operations, or related field is preferred. - 1-2 years of professional experience in client services, partner support, or operations. - Familiarity with CRM or project management tools. - Proficiency in Monday.com or similar tools. - Strong skills in data entry, reporting, and working with spreadsheets/dashboards.
