ASSIATANT- GARMENT PRODUCTION MANAGER

Primary Responsibilities

1. Production Management: Oversee and manage the production of garments, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, cutters, sewers, and finishers.

3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure garments meet quality standards.

4. Fabric and Material Management: Manage fabric and material sourcing, cutting, and utilization.

5. Production Planning: Plan and schedule production, including allocating resources and materials.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Design and Development: Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure garment designs are feasible and meet production requirements.

2. Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads.

3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of fabrics, materials, and finished goods.

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

5. Customer Service: Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.

1. Production Output: Meet production targets and deadlines.

2. Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality production standards.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Garment Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in garment production management.

4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design, production, and customer teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
