Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Scheduling: Creating and managing production schedules, forecasting production needs, and ensuring timely completion of orders. Cost Management: Managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring cost-effective production processes. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control protocols, ensuring products meet specified standards, and addressing any quality issues. Team Management: Supervising, motivating, and training sewing production staff, addressing performance issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of sewing equipment, ensuring it's in good working order and operating safely. Communication & Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, including design, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of sewing production processes, including garment construction and manufacturing techniques. Experience in production planning, scheduling, and cost management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
