Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and reduce defect rate - Maintain high quality rating - Improve production efficiency by reducing rework and scrap - Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring quality and compliance with specifications Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of quality control experience, preferably in the garment industry - Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and sewing techniques - Excellent communication skills to provide feedback to production staff and collaborate with the production team - Strong analytical skills to identify defects and suggest improvements - Certifications in quality control, such as ISO 9001, are an asset Company Details (if available): The company prefers female candidates for this role.
