You will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality rating and improving production efficiency by minimizing rework and scrap. Enhancing customer satisfaction through strict adherence to quality standards and specifications is a key aspect of this position. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-2 years of quality control experience, preferably in the garment industry. Technical skills related to garment construction, fabrics, and sewing techniques are essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to provide feedback to the production staff and collaborate effectively with the team. Strong analytical abilities are required to identify defects and propose improvements. Possessing certifications in quality control, such as ISO 9001, will be advantageous.
