ASSISTANT- PRODUCTION MANAGER

1. Assist Production Manager: Support the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling production activities.

2. Production Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling production, including allocating resources and materials.

3. Quality Control: Monitor production quality and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet quality standards.

4. Troubleshoot Production Issues: Identify and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and material shortages.

5. Supervise Production Staff: Supervise and guide production staff, including providing training and feedback.

1. Production Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports, including production volumes, quality metrics, and other relevant data.

2. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including tracking materials, components, and finished goods.

3. Production Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

4. Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics.

5. Implement Production Procedures: Implement and maintain production procedures and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
