Job Description

Primary Responsibilities 1. Manage production floor: Oversee and manage the production floor to ensure efficient and timely production of garments. 2. Meet production targets: Ensure production targets are met, including quantity, quality, and deadlines. 3. Supervise production staff: Supervise and manage production staff, including sewing operators, cutters, and finishers. 4. Quality control: Monitor production quality and implement quality control measures to ensure garments meet quality standards. 5. Troubleshoot production issues: Identify and resolve production issues, including fabric defects, sewing defects, and equipment malfunctions. Skills and Qualifications 1. Garment production experience: 2-5 years of experience in garment production management. 2. Technical skills: Knowledge of garment construction, fabric, and sewing techniques. 3. Leadership skills: Strong leadership and management skills to supervise production staff. 4. Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues. 5. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with design, planning, and quality control teams.
