Job Description

  • Real-time vehicle monitoring

    to track status, identify issues promptly, and address instances of vehicle breakdowns or stuck conditions.

  • End-to-end asset operations management

    , including field-level coordination for smooth and efficient ground operations.

  • Vendor and service-center management

    , ensuring strong relationships, performance alignment, and adherence to SLAs.

  • Daily follow-ups with vendors, OEMs, and service partners

    to ensure timely action and issue resolution.

  • Ensuring quick and effective closure of vehicle-related concerns

    , minimizing downtime and performance loss.

  • Driving operational efficiency across the asset lifecycle

    , focusing on process optimization and preventive maintenance.

  • Data-driven decision-making

    , leveraging operational data, analytics, and dashboards to improve performance.

  • Telematics monitoring and utilization

    for tracking vehicle health, behavior, and operational insights.

  • Battery Management System (BMS) monitoring

    to ensure battery health, safety, and efficiency.

  • Maximizing vehicle uptime

    through proactive actions and structured maintenance planning.

  • Reduction of breakdown and accident Turnaround Time (TAT)

    through rapid response, coordination, and follow-ups.
