We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to drive sales of our Commercial Vehicles and 3-Wheeler Auto product line in various locations (Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Tiruchendur, Nagercoil, Marthandam, Kovilpatti) The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for field sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Candidates with prior automobile sales experience will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell commercial vehicles & 3-wheeler autos within the assigned territory. Identify potential customers, conduct field visits, and generate new leads. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and financing options. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership revenue. Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects, handle enquiries, and ensure timely closures. Coordinate test drives, product demonstrations, and vehicle delivery processes. Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet operators, small businesses, retail customers, and channel partners. Prepare daily sales reports, track leads, and update CRM systems/ MIS tools. Collaborate with the finance team, service department, and management for smooth customer service. Participate in local marketing activities, campaigns, roadshows, and customer meets. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Passion for field sales and customer handling. Good understanding of the automobile market (Commercial & 3-Wheeler preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting). Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
