Qualifications & Experience Required

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in educational assessment, measurement, or tool development.
• Experience in one of the domains is desirable: STEM/ Design Thinking/ Entrepreneurship/ Life Skills but should  be able to learn other disciplines quickly. 
• Desirable: Courses in Educational Assessment (e.g., Cambridge/ Azim Premji University) or experience with organisations like ASER Centre, NCERT, or other assessment-focused institutions.
• Proven expertise in tool creation, framework development, formative & summative assessment design, programmatic assessments, piloting, and refinement.
• Strong grounding in competency-based, skill-based, and project-based assessment design.
• Familiarity with validity, reliability, and psychometric fundamentals is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assessment Design

  : Build baseline, formative, summative, and project-based assessments across STEM, SEL, and Design Thinking & Entrepreneurship domains.

• Framework & Tool Creation

  : Develop rubrics, blueprints, and frameworks that align with skills, competencies, and project-based outcomes.

• QA/QC

  : Establish processes and standards to ensure assessment tools are valid, reliable, and practical.

• Piloting & Refinement

  : Pilot tools in the field, analyse data, refine for scalability, and ensure usability in low-resource contexts.

• Project Management

  : Manage freelancers/ vendors for assessment tool creation, digitisation, and reporting.

• Innovation & Research

  : Track global assessment methods, psychometric advancements, and programmatic assessment practices; integrate them into ENpower’s ecosystem.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with Curriculum Specialists and the Learning Experience Designer to ensure tight construct alignment and usable feedback loops for teachers and learners.
