Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability) Knowledge and experience of Time and Motion study and its implementation Ability to identify waste reduction and take corrective action . Understanding of Time and motion study, ability to identify waste in 4M. Pro efficiency in AUTOCAD and EXCEL is must. Able to make layout in AUTOCAD, MOST Knowledge of Jig & fixture, Flow rack and material handling devices. Should have hands on experience of Shop floor5S, Kaizen, Time and motion study, Karakuri, 3G, 3k, 5 Why, 5W1H, Pokayoke, CLW and Andon. 6. Should have positive frame, discipline and safety conscious mind set. Should be able to do liaisoning with interdeparment for smooth function of operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of ISO 14000 compliance Specific Functional Skills Required Layout and process balancing and management, have problem solving and kaizen approach to the situations, good communication skills, Knowledge of 5S,3G and 3M safety and Kaizen Desired Personal Attributes Disciplined and committed to work ethics, Rational and positive approach towards
