Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled professional for the role of Application Support Manager (ASM) with 5-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and providing technical support.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of application support professionals to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems and develop solutions.
