Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Promote and sell auto-refinish paints to customers in the assigned regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto body shops, garages, and distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and market expansion along with good collection efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Ensure timely delivery and coordination with supply chain teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in automotive sales (OEM Sales/Industrial Sales/Channel Sales).
Previous experience in paint sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic market environment.
