About the Role

We are looking for a motivated AI Intern (Program Management) to support our program and engineering teams in applying artificial intelligence to improve workflows, reporting, and productivity. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates interested in the practical applications of AI in project management and automation.

You will gain exposure to AI-driven tools, project tracking systems, and workflow optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in AI, automation, and program management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of AI-powered agents and process automations.
• Assist in building automated dashboards, reporting tools, and developer productivity workflows.
• Analyze and optimize existing Jira workflows using AI-driven enhancements.
• Provide assistance with program management tasks such as project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose AI-based solutions.

Requirements

• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with project management principles and tools such as Jira.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
