About The Role We are setting up our AI department at go4WorldBusiness to build next-generation, AI-powered products that transform how global businesses connect. We’re looking for exceptionally smart, fast learners with strong programming skills and excellent communication to join our team as AI Engineers. You don’t need to be an AI expert (yet!) — we’ll teach you that. What we need is someone with curiosity, clarity of thought, and an eagerness to work on the cutting edge of technology. If you enjoy problem-solving, writing clean code, and can communicate your ideas clearly, you’ll fit right in. Position : AI Engineer Experience : 1–3 years of hands-on experience in software development (Python preferred) What You’ll Do Most Of The Time Work closely with our AI team to build and ship internal tools and user-facing features powered by large language models and other AI technologies. Experiment with prompt engineering and refine interactions with AI models to drive business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product features and deliver solutions that solve real-world problems. Learn and apply the latest AI and machine learning techniques to build scalable and impactful systems. Continuously prototype, test, and improve solutions based on business feedback. Communicate progress, blockers, and insights proactively to peers and stakeholders. Stay curious and up-to-date with developments in AI, programming, and product development. What You’ll Need To Qualify Strong communication and critical thinking skills — you're comfortable articulating technical and non-technical ideas clearly. Proficiency in one modern programming language (preferably Python). Ability to write clean, maintainable code and quickly understand new codebases. A proven track record of learning fast and solving hard problems — whether through academic projects, side gigs, or work experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
