We are an outsourcing firm and we provide our financial services to US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.Speaking of the strength of the company, we are a 2000+ employee organization and we are currently hiring for Associates & Senior Associates for our US domain. We are headquartered in Ahmedabad, but we have our branches in 13-14 other different cities as well all over India.

Profile Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI/ML models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

• Assist in building AI-enabled services, pipelines, and APIs for integration with enterprise systems.

• Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation tasks.

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on model performance.

• Document code, workflows, and AI solution designs for maintainability and reproducibility.

• Contribute to proof-of-concept projects and help transition models into production using MLOps tools.

• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduates from premier institutions such as IITs, BITS Pilani, ISI Kolkata, or DA-IICT are strongly

preferred.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI development.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with core libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc.

• Hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

• Knowledge of NLP techniques, time series modeling, or computer vision is a plus.

• Comfortable working with version control systems like Git and cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS,GCP, or Azure).
