Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced AI Engineers to join our customer’s team in Pune or New Delhi. You will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and optimizing next-generation AI and Machine Learning solutions with a focus on Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for classification, prediction, recommendation, and optimization across diverse business domains.
• Build robust REST APIs for seamless integration of AI/ML models using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Work with Generative AI frameworks—including LLMs, Diffusion models, and Transformers—to develop advanced and scalable AI solutions.
• Orchestrate Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and multi-step task execution.
• Fine-tune, optimize, and monitor Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain requirements and production environments.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs, ensuring end-to-end workflow automation and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-impact, AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including the full model lifecycle—data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, with expertise in frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, Claude; diffusion models) and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar).
• Comprehensive understanding of NLP, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
• Proven ability to build, secure, and scale REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask), including API authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Demonstrated strength in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models for custom applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asynchronous API design and high-performance backend development.
• Background in managing model versioning, monitoring, and scaling in production settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively document, present, and collaborate within agile teams.
