About the Role

We are seeking a visionary AI Engineer who will own the entire AI development lifecycle from concept to production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI seamlessly into enterprise workflows. You’ll be working on high-impact projects that leverage the latest advancements in AI/ML to create scalable, ethical, and transformative solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems.

Innovate with cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, multimodal AI, and computer vision.

Build scalable and maintainable AI architectures with MLOps best practices.

Data & Model Management

Manage data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

Implement robust version control, testing, and monitoring for deployed models.

Integration & Collaboration

Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365 (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams) and other enterprise systems.

Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to embed AI into workflows.

Champion ethical AI principles and compliance in all projects.

🎯 Qualifications

3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.

Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong background in NLP, generative AI, or computer vision.

Experience with Azure OpenAI Services and M365 integrations.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

⭐ Preferred Skills

Experience with the Azure AI stack and generative AI applications.

Knowledge of enterprise AI deployment at scale.

Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices.
