Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Build AI Agents: Assisting in developing modular AI agents for network observability, including RCA, scoring models (e.g., UHI), and diagnostics using Python.
Analyze Telemetry Data: Exploring and preprocessing telemetry from SNMP, SSH, API, and endpoint Dex agents to support agent logic and modeling.
Prototype ML Models: Implementing and testing lightweight ML models for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and prediction tasks related to network performance.
Integrate LLMs & Prompts: Supporting prompt engineering and testing of LLM-based agents (e.g., for Co-Pilot), contributing to contextual workflows, and chat-driven insights.
Develop & Test APIs: Building or consuming REST APIs using FastAPI to integrate AI agent outputs with the LinkEye backend or dashboard.
Simulate & Debug: Creating test cases, simulating network conditions (e.g., link flaps, auth failures), and debugging agent behaviors in development environments.
Documentation & Logs: Maintaining clear documentation of experiments, agent design, data insights, and weekly progress updates.
Collaborate & Learn: Participating in daily stand-ups, peer reviews, sprint meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions with AI and networking teams.
