Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article CA located in New Delhi. The Article CA will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, handling tax matters, and ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Other day-to-day tasks will include assisting in business start-up services, providing support with Virtual CFO services, and working on litigation cases related to refunds and demands.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Auditing
• Knowledge of Taxation, especially Income Tax and GST
• Skills in IFRS (IndAS) and International Taxation
• Experience with NGO and Non-Profit Organization compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Enrollment in the CA Intermediate/Course
