We specialize in regular compliance, Virtual CFO services, litigation for refunds and demands with the Department of Income Tax and GST, and international taxation including IFRS (IndAS). Our firm also offers NGO and non-profit organization registration and regular compliance with income tax regulations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article CA located in New Delhi. The Article CA will be responsible for assisting with tax audits, filing tax returns, managing GST compliance, handling accounting tasks, and supporting various financial activities. The role involves liaising with clients, conducting financial analysis, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Income Tax, GST, and accounting principles
• Skills in financial analysis, tax audits, and filing tax returns
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Relevant experience or internships in a similar role is an advantage
• A good understanding of IFRS (IndAS) is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
