Job Summary:

Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision and visual direction for all brand campaigns, digital content, and communication materials.
• Develop innovative concepts, design layouts, and creative strategies that elevate brand identity.
• Oversee end-to-end creative execution from ideation to final delivery.
• Guide and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Review and approve designs, storyboards, photoshoots, video concepts, and digital assets.
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and production houses as needed.
• Ensure consistency of visual style across all platforms digital, print, social media, and multimedia.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry innovations, and emerging creative technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• 6–10 years of proven experience in a design/creative role, with at least 2–3 years as a Senior Designer or Art Director.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual storytelling, digital design, and creative campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (preferred).
• Excellent visual, creative, and aesthetic sense.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and present ideas clearly.
• Strong communication, time-management, and project-management abilities.
