Key Responsibilities

• Lead the art direction and

  production design

  for commercials, branded content, and ad films across a variety of clients and industries.
• Translate scripts, treatments, and creative briefs into

  visually compelling set designs

  and environments.
• Develop and present visual concepts through mood boards, look books, and reference decks.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, stylists, and cinematographers to ensure a unified visual approach.
• Source and manage props, set dressings, and materials aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines.
• Supervise on-set execution of visual elements, ensuring production quality and consistency.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics related to the art department.
• Oversee freelance & in-house crew such as set decorators, art assistants, and prop stylists as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in

  art direction for video

  , with a strong focus on

  Digital/Social Content, DVCs, TVCs and branded content

  .
• Proven track record in

  set design, product styling and production design

  , especially within an agency, production house, or commercial film environment.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, brand aesthetics, and advertising standards.
• Hands-on experience working on commercial sets with a clear understanding of shoot workflows and on-set responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines without compromising on quality.
