Art Director

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership:

  Own the visual strategy for campaigns, branding, and digital assets across clients from diverse industries.

• Innovation & AI Integration:

  Explore and implement

  AI-powered design tools

  (e.g., generative design, image/video AI) to enhance output speed and creativity.

• Client Engagement:

  Collaborate with senior stakeholders and major clients, leading creative discussions, pitching concepts, and refining outputs based on feedback.

• Campaign Development:

  Drive ideation and execution for integrated campaigns (digital ads, social, OOH, brand identity, video content).

• Team Management:

  Mentor, guide, and inspire designers, visualizers, and interns. Foster an environment of innovation, ownership, and high-quality delivery.

• Quality Control:

  Ensure brand consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines across all creative deliverables.

• Problem-Solving:

  Manage creative rejections and feedback loops constructively while maintaining client confidence and team motivation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in design/creative roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity (preferably in an

  agency environment

  ).
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  brand campaigns, digital-first design, and innovative creative solutions

  .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.
• Exposure to

  AI-based creative tools

  (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, DALL-E, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
