Area Sales Manager

As a Sales Strategist in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is crucial, as you will need to understand their needs and provide them with best-in-class services. To expand the client base, you will be required to identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients will be part of your routine to showcase the features and benefits of our air compressor products. Generating leads, following up on sales opportunities, and managing the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure will be essential to drive revenue growth. Collaboration with internal teams is necessary to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products. Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will be key to identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
