Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales for our Affordable Home Loans division in Maharashtra Region Based At Aurangabad Location. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in home loan sales, team management, and business development in the affordable housing segment.

Sales Leadership
- Lead and drive the sales team to achieve business targets for Affordable Home Loans in the MP region.
Team Management -
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of ASM/ BM/ BSM/ RO/RM's.
Business Development -
Develop new business opportunities by expanding channel of direct sourcing.
Market Penetration -
Identify key markets, develop sales strategies, and enhance brand presence in the affordable housing segment.
Customer Engagement
Ensure superior customer service, manage escalations, and maintain strong client relationships.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit underwriting norms.
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales performance, provide market insights, and optimize strategies for better efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

10-12 years of experience in Home Loans, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong network of channel partners, and builders in the Maharashtra region.
Excellent sales acumen, leadership skills, and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
