Area Sales Manager West 2 (Pune & RoM)

As an ambitious and target-driven Area Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in a specific region. Your role will involve managing a sales team, developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, and building strong relationships with clients to expand our market presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets. - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned area. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales approaches. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews. - Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team. - Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region. In addition to the above, you should have 4-8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Experience in your industry (e.g., FMCG, IT solutions, B2B, retail, etc.) will be a strong advantage, along with a demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
