Role & responsibilities Area Sales Manager in the Jewellery category - Typically oversees multiple retail locations, ensuring smooth operations, driving sales growth, facilitating new store launches, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth : Drive revenue and profitability across stores in the assigned region. Store Operations : Ensure stores maintain high standards in merchandising, inventory management, and customer service. Marketing & Promotions : Implement ATL/BTL marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales. Customer Experience : Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve escalated issues. Franchise & Vendor Management : Build strong relationships with franchisees and suppliers. Staff Training & Development : Train and motivate store managers and sales teams. Financial Oversight : Manage P&L, optimize costs, and ensure commercial hygiene. Market Expansion : Identify opportunities for new store openings and business growth. New Store Launch Discovering new locations through research Skills & Qualifications Experience : 3-5 years in retail operations, sales, or business management. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Leadership & Communication : Strong interpersonal and managerial skills. Retail Metrics Knowledge : Understanding of store profitability, merchandising, and inventory turnover.
