Role Description

We are seeking a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to expand our market presence in Retail & Industrial Display & Storage Solutions. The role involves developing strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners, while driving sales across target sectors such as Building Materials, Architecture, Interiors, Facility Management, and Property Development. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, growing the client base, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, handling negotiations, and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in assigned territory.

·       Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, facility managers, and developers.

·       Track competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and share insights with management.

·       Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, product demos, and after-sales support.

·       Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.


Qualifications & Experience

·       Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).

·       3–8 years of sales experience in Building Materials / Architecture / Interiors / Facility Management / Property Development.

·       Proven ability to build networks with architects, contractors, and corporate clients.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Willingness to travel extensively.
