Veer Mahindra Kanhangad, one of the most dynamic Mahindra dealerships in North Kerala, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our Personal (3XO, Thar, XUV700, ScorpioN) and Commercial (Pickup, Supro, Bolero) vehicle sales teams.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead and manage sales teams for both personal & commercial vehicles
✅ Drive enquiry generation, test drives, bookings & conversions✅ Plan and execute local campaigns, rural activations & roadshows✅ Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality delivery experience✅ Collaborate with finance, insurance, accessories, and service teams✅ Analyze market trends, set targets, and ensure consistent performance✅ Work closely with Mahindra field team to align with brand strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years experience in vehicle sales (automobile dealership background preferred)
• Proven leadership skills in team handling and target achievement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Local market knowledge and fluency in Malayalam
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license
• Experience in DMS/CRM systems is an added advantage
