Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deliver
secondary value targets
by expanding and developing the assigned market.
Add new outlets
to achieve annual
volume and value goals
.
Enhance
Cooler/Rack productivity
through effective deployment and governance.
Increase
unique SKU count
per outlet and ensure availability of the complete chilled product range.
Drive
trade spend productivity
and optimize returns on investments.
Conduct regular
Distributor Health Checks
and ensure robust distributor management.
Coach and develop Customer Executives (CEs)
through field visits, one-on-ones, and structured training sessions.
Monitor and track progress through
Weekly Commitments
and
Monthly Planning Meetings
using tools like Execution Planner.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Leadership skills, experience managing larger teams
Towering strength in Sales Operation and a passion for Market Execution
Strong Inter-personal skills to build strategic wiring with Distributors /Customers
Customer Centric mentality and approach to conducting business
Strong Commercial experience ( Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance)
Excellent collaboration skills to effectively represent the needs of the territory while partnering with region leaders
Strong financial skills to drive / evaluate impact of various business levers
Analytical skills able to analyse events / data to optimize performance
Natural inclination to build capability / Be the Head Coach for the unit team
Well versed in Sales Force Automation
