🎯 Role Objective

To drive sales growth, market penetration, and distribution efficiency of FMCG products within the assigned territory. The ASM will lead a team of sales officers/distributors, ensuring achievement of sales targets, execution of trade marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Distribution & Channel Management

  • Expand retail coverage and ensure product availability across general trade, modern trade, and institutional channels.
  • Manage distributor relationships, inventory, and credit control.
  • Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales officers and field executives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
  • Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and competitor activities.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, merchandising, and visibility initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide timely MIS reports on sales, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Forecast demand and align with supply chain for smooth operations
