Job Description

Role & responsibilities

General Tasks

Generating sales from the Domestic market (inbound Travel Agents) as per assigned budgets
Ensure file profitability, managing assigned budgets, and statistical/financial records
Ensuring & maintaining a high standard of quality and service delivery
Ensure proper coordination & maintain PR at all service levels (Interdepartmental coordination & communication, including domestic agents)
Liaise with travel partners, including hotels to manage booking & schedules
Customer satisfaction (Dealing with customer inquiries & meeting their expectations)

Specific responsibilities

Sales visits to clients
Ensure cost control / constant renegotiation with suppliers to increase profitability
Maintaining weekly sales reports
Coordinating with the product and Procurement team for setting up of new products if required
Ensure process compliance to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
Keep a track of Conversion ratio, GOP and Client feedback
