Area Sales Manager

The position of Area Sales Manager is currently available in Lucknow within the footwear industry. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in Lucknow as part of our client's national expansion strategy. Our client is a prominent manufacturer and marketer of high-quality sports products such as running shoes, jogging shoes, and sportswear. To be eligible for this role, you must possess a degree in Sports Management or an MBA with a specialization in Marketing/Sales. Having a strong personal interest or background in sports will be considered an added advantage. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in the sports or footwear industry. Sound knowledge and understanding of the footwear segment are mandatory, and prior experience working with reputable brands in the sportswear or athletic footwear market is preferred. The annual Gross CTC for this position can go up to 12 LPA, depending on your experience and performance track record. Key competencies required for this role include the ability to devise and implement regional and territory-specific sales strategies, a strong grasp of current trends and consumer behavior in the Indian sports and footwear market, proficiency in sales data analysis and market intelligence, and excellent interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management.
