As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive business growth. Your expertise in Sales Strategy, Team Management, Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation, Forecasting, Business Development, and Communication will be key to your success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies specifically tailored for the Healthcare and Insurance sectors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new market opportunities, and potential clients will be crucial to expanding our business reach. You will be expected to achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring continuous growth and success for the business. Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management will be essential in tracking progress and making informed decisions. In addition, you will conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance the team's performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. To qualify for this position, you should have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Healthcare or Insurance industry. A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, coupled with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, will set you up for success in this role.
