The ideal candidate will drive student admissions through effective marketing, counseling, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute student admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets. Manage inquiries and follow up with prospective students and parents. Conduct counseling sessions, campus visits, and admission presentations. Build relationships with schools, parents, and education consultants. Lead, motivate, and train the admissions team, achieving targets and managing the sales team. Track and report daily/weekly admission metrics to management. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 2–4 years of experience in education sales/admissions counseling. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Prior experience in PU/college admissions will be an added advantage. Immediate joining
