We have the rare distinction of being part of the founding service distribution team for AePS service. Our extensive retail network reaches banking infrastructure starved areas, currently providing a range of banking, utility, and e-commerce services seamlessly at one go.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and establish strong relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing sales data, conducting market research, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff as well as preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and developing sales tactics
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Experience in the fintech or banking industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
