Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager Signages to lead the sales efforts for signage products in the assigned zone. This role focuses on expanding business through channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers) as well as institutional clients (architects, contractors, government, and corporate buyers). The ideal candidate will have experience in signage or related industries like ACP, digital displays, branding materials, or building products, and must possess strong B2B and channel sales capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of signage products (such as ACP sign boards, LED signage, digital signage) in the assigned area through channel partners and institutional buyers . Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network for signage materials across key cities in the region. Identify and acquire institutional clients such as branding agencies, retail chains, architects, government departments, and infrastructure contractors. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in coordination with the Zonal Head. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners. Provide training and support to dealers and institutional customers regarding product features, installation, and usage. Monitor and report on market trends , competitor activity , and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions. Ensure timely order booking, supply chain coordination, and payment collection . Collaborate with marketing to implement localized promotional campaigns and dealer engagement programs. Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast projections to management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in channel or institutional sales , preferably in signage, ACP panels, building materials, or advertising/display solutions . Strong B2B relationship-building , negotiation , and territory management skills. Proven ability to develop markets and open new accounts . Willingness to travel extensively within assigned cities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-starter with a growth mindset and goal-driven attitude .
