Job Description

Job Purpose

To build and maintain long-term client and dealer relationships, support sales growth, and enhance market presence by acting as the key liaison between clients and the sales team. The role is responsible for driving upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, dealers, and partners to drive repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their requirements are met effectively.
  • Develop and nurture exclusive dealer networks to create sustainable business channels.

Sales Team Liaison

  • Act as a bridge between sales teams and clients to improve engagement and address client requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support execution of sales strategies.

Upselling and Cross-Selling

  • Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
  • Design and implement strategies for enhancing revenue from existing client accounts.

Sales Support

  • Support sales initiatives by maintaining strong client relationships aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in resolving client concerns promptly to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Market Engagement

  • Organize and participate in roadshows, product demos, and exhibitions to showcase offerings and generate leads.
  • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand presence and build new partnerships.
