Job Description

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive

    Group Health Insurance (GHI)

    and

    Group Personal Accident (GPA)

    business through corporate brokers.
  • Achieve assigned

    premium, lives, and revenue targets

    on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Identify and onboard new corporate brokers and activate underperforming partners.
  • Support brokers in acquiring

    mid-market and large corporate accounts

    .

Broker Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    CXOs, Sales Heads, and Account Managers

    of broking firms.
  • Conduct regular broker meetings, joint calls, and engagement activities.
  • Act as the single point of contact for brokers for pricing, underwriting coordination, and escalations.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Work closely with underwriting and product teams for

    customized quotations and renewals

    .
  • Support brokers with

    RFQs, negotiations, presentations, and closures

    .
  • Ensure competitive positioning of ABHI products versus peers.

Renewals & Retention

  • Drive

    renewal closures

    with minimal leakage.
  • Analyze renewal data and ensure timely follow-ups with brokers and corporate clients.
  • Focus on

    persistency, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities

    .

Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate MIS, pipeline tracking, and forecast reports.
  • Coordinate with operations and claims teams to deliver seamless service experience
