Job Description

Business Development:

Expand Tulsi Paints' presence by identifying new territories and associate networks.
Drive secondary sales through RCM distributors and associate networks.

Team & Channel Management:

Guide and train RCM direct sellers and channel partners on product benefits and selling techniques.
Ensure regular engagement, motivation, and performance tracking of field sales teams.

Sales Planning & Execution:

Develop area-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Monitor market performance, stock levels, and reorder cycles.

Training & Development:

Organize regular training sessions for RCM associates to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain regular reports on area-wise sales performance, associate productivity, and competitor intelligence.
