Job Description

Business Development:

  • Expand Tulsi Paints' presence by identifying new territories and associate networks.
  • Drive secondary sales through RCM distributors and associate networks.

Team & Channel Management:

  • Guide and train RCM direct sellers and channel partners on product benefits and selling techniques.
  • Ensure regular engagement, motivation, and performance tracking of field sales teams.

Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Develop area-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Monitor market performance, stock levels, and reorder cycles.

Training & Development:

  • Organize regular training sessions for RCM associates to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain regular reports on area-wise sales performance, associate productivity, and competitor intelligence.
