Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will conduct product presentations, participate in industry events, and assist in sales forecasting and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to identify sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge related to Testing & Measurement Instruments, LAN Infrastructure & Cabling, and Building Management Systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the distribution industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed
