Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Punjab & Haryana
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Punjab and Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Representatives to maximize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective retail penetration and product visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely execution of sales promotions, schemes, and campaigns.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth execution of business operations.
• Ensure proper market coverage with regular field visits across Punjab & Haryana.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
• 3–6 years of proven experience in sales management within the Cosmetics, Beauty, or Personal Care industry.
• Strong network and understanding of distributors, retailers, and modern trade in Punjab & Haryana.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned states.
