Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Rajkot. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing LAP and Machinery Loans and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, developing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves identifying market opportunities, creating business plans, and ensuring effective communication of Profectus Capital's value propositions to clients. The Area Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the brand's presence in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills, with expertise in managing a team to achieve targets.
• Experience in client relationship management and understanding of financial products, especially business financing solutions.
• Ability to conduct market research, create business plans, and identify growth opportunities in MSME and related sectors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor progress and suggest improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market in Rajkot or nearby regions will be considered an advantage.
