As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Sports Medicine sales operations in Mumbai. The role involves planning sales strategies, managing a field team, and working closely with surgeons and hospitals to build long-term partnerships.
• Develop and manage a high-performing sales team focused on the Mumbai territory.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, including orthopedic surgeons and
procurement heads.
• Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular territory mapping, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys.
• Liaise with the marketing team to execute campaigns and product awareness initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in science or pharmacy; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Prior experience in managing Mumbai region is desirable.
