Expanding the business in the allotted territory with Contractors, Architects, and fabricators. Discussing with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments. Carrying out Post order Management Activities. Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Requirements: Sales experience in the building materials industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Product knowledge or willingness to learn about building materials Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets Team Handling is must Nice to Have: Experience with CRM software Knowledge of construction industry trends and developments Network of contacts in the construction industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
