Job Responsibilities

Business Objectives

• Drive

  Offline Sales for National Inventory

  using Indias partner profiles through effective planning, forecasting, and target setting for team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian Corporates, Travel Agents, Industry Influencers, and Key Strategic Partners to extract business for national destinations, while also onboarding new partners.
  
• Strategize milestones to ensure stable business volumes and future growth planning.
  
• Monitor and review team performance periodically to ensure high productivity.
  
• Plan and execute market visits within the assigned region.
  
• Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets.
  
• Share timely feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing, and other sales-influencing factors.
  
• Stay updated on competition and implement changes as required.
  

People Objectives

• Lead a team of 6+ on-roll members effectively.
  
• Ensure strong team building through recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring.
  
• Coach and empower team members on sales processes, product knowledge, OYO IT systems, and soft skills.
  
• Demonstrate a proven record of onboarding corporates.
  
• Support the team in negotiating and closing large deals.
  
• Facilitate periodic RCA & action planning for performance improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales-related stakeholders.
  
• Analyze sales performance against targets and manage outliers.
